I deployed printers to some computers using group policy.
On some computers, the printers appear. On others, they don’t.
All the computers are running Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter.
IMHO the group policy is deployed correctly on the target computers
I believe that I have the correct drivers on the Print server (running windows 10)
On the computers that have the printers deployed, the driver been used is the “Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility”
And on the computers where the printers do not show, the “Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility” driver is missing in the list.
1 – why are the correct drivers not installed/used on the computers
2 – from where can I install the missing “Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility”
