Работает OPCNet.exe и через 2-5мин разваливается
Как только останавливаю коммуникатор то начинает работать! Настраивал не я, так передали. Куда копать?

Поговорим о процессе System Idle Process (или Бездействие системы), который можно наблюдать в диспетчере задач и который часто у вас грузит систему на полную Но, я бы на вашем месте не паниковал, потому что этот процесс не простой, суть его в том, что в колонке загрузки ЦП он показывает обратное — сколько процессор не загружен!

Зависает картинка в Дота2 звук движения идут а картинка зависла помогает тока перезапуск доты . может кто сталкивался с такой проблемой?

Запусти дотан и включи аиду64 — посмоти что по напругам.

было такое, помогла только чистая переустановка видеодрайверов при помощи ddu
чекни для начала в журнале событий лог ошибок, не крашится ли сам драйвер

Запусти дотан и включи аиду64 — посмоти что по напругам.

ну имелось в виду под нагрузкой конечно-же, у тебя ведь не в лобби картинка зависает.
Но по напругам вроде норм.
а, у тебя только дота подвисает — сорян чет сразу не прочитал.
копай в сторону рендеринга, обновляй дрова и пробуй запускать через вулкан а не через директХ.
Что делал перед тем как появилась проблема ?

Попробуй разные, у меня 1в1 такая же проблема была, решил сменой апи, но подробностей уже не помню

ниже что за ошибки? смотри ошибки не с дотой, а именно с драйверами
в других играх так же само зависает или нет?

нечего не делал просто у меня блок питая FSP СТАРЫЙ на 500 ват. и оперативка на 8 гигов кингстон тоже старого образца 1 планка может что дела в них. В других играх бывает тоже зависает в разных момент, н отемпература больше 70 не греется Ну я сейчас устанавил драйвера
посмотрю что будет

Yes I tried reinstlling vpn and it says that it doesnt have write permission. I tried deleting leftover files from vpn and it said that I cant becaues the program is running even tho I unistalled it

Then, if the system is stable (no more freezes) try adding back each app one at a time.
There may be one app or some combination of the apps that may again cause freezes.
What motherboard and PSU? Could be a power related problem especially if the PSU is aging and deteriorating. May no longer be able to support the load.
