Вот уже несколько дней пытаюсь победить проблему. На ноутбуке светится жёлтым цветом Неизвестное устройство
ИД оборудования ACPI\HPQ6007
HP Pavilion 15-e033er Windows 7 64x
Может быть кто-то знает как эту хворь вылечить? Пожалуйста помогите.

Драйвер правильней начинать поиск с официального сайта производителя устройства. Так же, драйвер может быть на CD-диске к Вашему ноутбуку его и необходимо дополнительно устанавливать при полной переустановке операционной системы.

Driver for HP m6-k010dx for ACPI\HPQ6007 on Windows 7
I am looking for a driver for the «Unknown device» ACPI\HPQ6007 on HP ENVY m6-k010dx Sleekbook for Windows 7 64-bit. Is there any available driver for this device?
Thanks much, that was quick. I went through half a dozen of those that were not compatible for my computer and was about to give up. +1 kudos.
Btw, where do you find those, in case I need another driver some day?

That is a relatively new hardware ID and I was helping someone else with the same driver.
The older ProtectSmart hard drive devices ended in 0004, then they went to 6005, I believe, now it is 6007.
His notebook’s W8 support and driver page just happened to have the driver listed where yours doesn’t (which surprised me).
Fortunately, the driver listed on that model’s support and driver page also supports W7.

I was lucky in this case.
How I normally find W7 drivers for these new PC’s is to cross reference them with older models that came out before W8 came out, that have the same or similar hardware.
As newer models are introduced, with newer chipsets and hardware, finding W7 drivers will be increasingly harder to do.
Plus I am not aware of any HP business models that have come out that have the new Intel series 8 chipsets, 4th generation core processors or Radeon HD 8xxx graphics.
That is the other way I find drivers for the consumer notebooks which are only supported for the current windows operating system in effect at the time of their production (now W8).
I find a business model with the same hardware and post the drivers from that model. Most HP business PC’s are supported for Windows 7 and XP Professional.
Many of the drivers from these business model PC’s will work on the consumer models as well.
ACPI/HPQ6000 driver
I put a fresh Windows 7 on this ProBook, managed to find most drivers, but, still 2 things missing: one for something unnown with ACPI/HPQ6000, and one for Trusted Platform Module 1.2.
Maybe not very important, but, I like to make things perfect.

Now I’ve onkly got the yellow sign for the TRUSTED PLATFORM MODULE 1.2 left.
And I cannot get into the BIOS of this great second hand Probook, I do not know the password, but, I do not think there is a solution for that?
You may be able to get into the BIOS with help from the Enterprise side of HP (HPE) by contacting support. It is unlikely to be free. There is also the slightly risky solution for that at some BIOS forums.
Unless you have a need for the TPM module it isn’t really needed and not such a big deal. I say that because unless you can enter the BIOS, it can’t be made available and used anyway.

I have read about the risky way to tacle this problem, making sure all energy is disconnected etc, taking out the battery and something else, right?
Not something I an going to do right now I think.
Maybe later, if really necessary, should I want to make sure the ProBook will boot from DVD or USB stick or so, I dont think it will do that now..
You should still be able to boot from DVD or USB unless the previous owner made changes to the BIOS such as disabling USB boot, which prevents that for security reasons.
HP can provide a SLIC file that would enable you to reset the BIOS,

Oh, I just learned that Notebook Upgrade Bay often IS the CD player, so, that will probably work, I will test later when I’ve picked both (CD and USB stick) up.

A USB stick will not appear in the list if not connected before notebook is powered on. The same thing applies to a DVD. The bootable DVD must be in the drive. The USB stick must be bootable. I have been booting from both for years. I use Linux Distros on USB and DVD with notebooks. Even my oldest notebook would boot from USB and DVD.

Установлен уже версии 6.50.18.1, не работает регулировка яркости все равно.
Звук регулируется панелькой, вкл\откл горит синим и красным. В этом плане все хорошо.

А вот в этом, может и есть ошибка. Не все более новое полезно, тем более на Хр x64.
